In July 2013 Lockhart Roofing was called out to the Davison Area Senior Center to address several roof leaks that they had in their building.  Lockhart Roofing gave them an estimate for repairs and also an estimate for a complete roof replacement as the shingles there were starting to deteriorate fast.  The center opted to do the roof repairs and Lockhart Roofing got right on the project and completed right away.  A year and half later right before winter they called Lockhart Roofing back out to complete the entire roof replacement.  Lockhart Roofing installed a lifetime warranty dimensional shingle on the complete building so the center should be trouble free for many many years.

Lockhart Roofing does all the gutter work for the Ayotte team and appreciates the business they give Lockhart Roofing in return. Lockhart Roofing specializes in doing things the right way.  Lockhart Roofing was called out to bid on a project for the Ponds of Mallard Cove Condominium Association in Saginaw, Michigan.  The Association had some of the roofs done previously by another contractor and were not satisfied with the quality of the work.  There were a lot of workmanship issues with previous jobs completed by other contractors. Lockhart Roofing started replacing roofs on these units in 2009, and installs a few roofs a year for the association.  Every job done by Lockhart Roofing is quality inspected as customer satisfaction is a must. 

Lockhart Roofing started out repairing and maintaining the roofs for Champions Club at Woodfield Condo Association in the early 2000’s.  The units were shingled with a very low quality 3 in 1  25 year shingle when first built. After making numerous repairs over a couple year span Lockhart sat down with the board members from the association and gave them a proposal to start the replacing of the roofs.  The repairs were getting costly and the roofs were really starting to fail. Upon voting the Association set up a budget and started having the roofs replaced.  This was a 52 unit complex and each unit was rather large so it was something that would have to take place over a few year period.  Lockhart Roofing continued to make minor repairs on the buildings with older roofs until the entire project was completed. 

Lockhart Roofing is proud to have an established relationship with the Big John’s Steak and Onion family.  For years Lockhart Roofing has provided service for all the Big John’s locations along with some of the employees homes and have done everything from minor gutter repairs to complete roof replacements.
