We have had Lockhart Roofing work on two different properties.  The first time was a roof installation on our old home. We had a fabulous experience very quick, very professional, very easy to work with the staff.  The second time we had gutters installed on our new home.  Again fabulous to work with. Very responsive to our inquiry and fast to schedule.  The installation team was very fast and professional while on site. Their team is wonderful!

I had Lockhart Roofing install my new roof a few years ago and this month they wrapped the peaks on my home with aluminum and installed new gutters and downspouts.  Both times I have been pleased with the wormanship and professionalism of all of their staff.  My house looks fantastic and I no longer have to worry about painting trim!  They are a family owned business and take pride in their work and it shows!  Highly recommend.

Lockhart Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement project from start to finish and beyond.  Gary estimated the job and thoroughly explained each element of the cost.  Michelle scheduled work and notified us when the materials were to arrive and also the debris truck.

Eric and his crew arrived early, completed the tearoff while dealing with an inch of accumulated snow, repaired damaged sheathing areas, placed the shingles and installed a new ridge vent.  The following day Bobby and Luke installed gutter guards and cut in new soffit vents.  Two days later, they returned at our request to remove a downed TV antenna and repaired the roof damage from the fall.  I was impressed by the company’s communication skills and workmanship.  Well done, Lockhart, and I will recommend you in the future.

Finally found someone that could fix my roof!  They took the old rubber roof off and cleaned it and were very careful and exact in replacing it…taking their time and not trying to rush it.  They were very pleasant and kind to me and even my dog.  The foreman even explained it whenever I asked a question as to why.  No one before did.  I sure would recommend these guys,  Bobby (boss), Tyler and Hunter to do your roof should you need it.  They all get top review from me!!

Lockhart replaced our 30-year old roof, removing 2 layers of shingles and doing decking repair.  I got multiple bids before starting the work.

Professionalism during the bidding carried over into the job.  Impressed from start to finish.  Materials, debris truck and crew arrived as promised.  Crew stripped roof and replaced shingles, including  sheathing replacement, all in one day.  Shrubs were covered and made it through with no damage.  Crew cleaned site well.  Magnet was used to pick up stray nails.  Some made it into the bushes where magnet was impractical, but no more than a couple of handfuls.  Far exceeded my expectations.
